Payment & Cancellation Policy

 

Payment:

  1. Individual, Couples and Family Sessions: When using the online booking system, payment is required upon booking. Manual bookings may be paid via EFT, and payment must be received by Tinet Paul Coaching and Counselling at least one full business day before the appointment.
  2. Equine-Assisted Sessions: Bookings must be paid via EFT or payment link, and payment must be received at least one week before the session to confirm the session and secure the facilities.
  3. Session rates are published on the website and are also available here.

Cancellations:

  1. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting Tinet Paul via e-mail or WhatsApp. Cancellations must be made one business day before to be eligible for refund.
  2. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than one business day before the session will be charged in full and you will not be eligible for a refund.
