Session Length and Format
- Sessions are 45 – 60 minutes long
- Offered online via Zoom or in-person in Durbanville, Cape Town
How often should I book?
- Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions
- Typically, 6 – 12 sessions are recommended for meaningful change
- After that, many clients shift to as-needed support
Booking & Availability
- New clients may book a first session to see if we’re a good fit
- After that, you are welcome to book as many sessions as you need – booking helps secure your preferred time
- Sessions are available on weekday mornings, with a limited number of afternoon/evening slots.
Payment & Cancellation
- Pay securely via the online booking system, or contact me if you prefer paying via EFT
